Recently, Burley City Business and Shanghai yueda Yuexiang Business Management Co., Ltd. have reached a strategic cooperation on the Yueda 889 Chunfeng Li project. Yueda 889 Chunfengli is located at the intersection of Yuxin East Road and Nanqiao North Road in Langya District, and on the north side of Nanhu Park in Chuzhou City Center. It belongs to the Ming City Wall of Chuzhou Ancient City and the southeast section of Inner City River. It was built using the site of the former Chuzhou Municipal Committee Compound and the Third Middle School. The block has 12 independent Republic of China style buildings, belonging to AAA class tourist attractions. The whole block covers an area of 64 mu, with a total construction area of 88875.96 ㎡, and a business area of 69077 ㎡. The project is expected to open in December 2021 and in May 2022.
