With more than 15 years of experience in Chinese Shopping Center leasing and operations. He has been involved in the pre-opening activities of many large shopping centers and has participated in project planning and remerchandising planning. Prior to PRM, Mr Cui was the Vice President of Powerlong Leasing and took charge of the Changzhou and Zhenjiang projects, where he was responsible for the Pre-opening Planning, Leasing and Operations of the malls. Before taking on this role, he worked as a Regional Leasing Director for SCPG and was responsible for the leasing and asset services for the shopping malls in the region. He was involved in remerchandising operations with the aim of improving the results of underperforming malls in the region.
