Mr. Chen served as a Director of Engineering in a Five-Star hotel. Then in 2004, he joined the Commercial Real Estate industry. He has previously worked for CapitaLand China, GMI Retail (a joint venture of Simon Property, Morgan Stanley, and SZITIC), Suzhou Industrial Park Property Management Company, and Shimao Shares in various roles such as Operating Director, Assets Department GM, and shopping center GM. He has a wealth of experience in all shopping center related activities from design, through to development and operations.

His past projects include SUZHOU INCITY Plaza, Xinghai Square, and Suzhou Shimao Plaza, which is a 50 Million square meter shopping.Jason also previously worked as the Facilities and Operations Director for Capital Mall Asia.He graduated from Nanchang University in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering.
