Mr. Lin is a veteran in modern enterprise management with vast experience in enterprise top-level design, brand creation, assets reorganization and acquisition, commercial real estate development, sales and operations. He has worked in government, chemical enterprise and commercial real estate group as general manager, executive president and other important positions.
From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Lin served as the regional general manager of Jiangsu for Taizhu group which ranked among the top 3 global industrial scale in 2006.
From 2010 to 2018, he severed as the CEO of Ganglong group, responsible for group operations and more than 30 totaled 4.5 million sqm of commercial project planning, construction, sales, leasing and operations. In 2016, Ganglong group listed the top 10 commercial real estate comprehensive strength in China
